For Purchases Made On or After January 1, 2025

In-Pool Furniture

All Ledge In-Pool Furniture is guaranteed to be free from material defects and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot.

• 15 years for residential use
• 10 years for commercial use

Outdoor Patio Furniture

All Ledge Furniture is guaranteed to be free from material defects and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot.

• 20 years for residential use
• 10 years for commercial use

Games

All Ledge games are warranted to perform as expected.

• 15 years for residential use
• 3 years for commercial use

Fire Pits

All Ledge Fire Pits are protected against defects in materials and workmanship.

• 10 years for residential use
• 5 years for commercial use

Laze Floats

All Ledge Laze Floats are guaranteed to perform as expected.

• 10 years for residential or commercial use

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under the limited warranty:

• Improper assembly, disassembly, or mishandling
• Modifications or unauthorized coatings
• Exposure to heat from grills, fire pits, or reflected sunlight
• Wear and tear, neglect, or incompatible product use
• Lack of maintenance (see maintenance guide)
• UV fading (products are UV-resistant but may fade)
• Color or pattern variation between purchases
• Rust/corrosion of hardware, especially in saltwater
• Improper water chemical balance
• Damage from environmental conditions or vandalism

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Transportation, labor, or assembly costs
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Any parties other than the original owner

In-Pool Product Warranty

Signature Products

In-pool chairs and tables are free from material defects and will not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot.

• 2 years for residential use from the date of purchase

Laze Pillows

Laze Pillows must be removed from the pool after use to maintain warranty.

• 1-year warranty on manufacturer defects
• Fabric, zippers, seams, and grommets warranted for 1 year
• Normal wear and tear is not covered

Outdoor Furniture & Games Product Warranty

Plastic Products

Shall be free from defects and not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot.

• 10 years for residential use

Hardware

• 5 years warranty for residential use

Fabric

Marine-grade solution-dyed acrylic fabrics are:

• Warranted against light fastness for 10 years
• Warranty does not cover rips, tears, frays, or seam damage
